South Northants BSAC are a friendly group of scuba divers dedicated to going diving and having a good time.
The club was founded over 35 years ago and is based in Towcester. We meet every 1st and 3rd Monday from 7.30pm at one of the local pubs and every 2nd, 4th and 5th Monday from 8.00pm at Towcester Leisure Centre. Our two 5m RIB’s offer cost effective diving and provide the opportunity of gaining boat handling skills.
Whilst we’re affiliated to the British Sub-Aqua Club (BSAC), we welcome divers that have learnt to dive through all recognised diving organisations. We also train a small number of divers every year, some of which have never put their head under the water before coming to us!

If you have always wanted to learn to dive or are simply curious about scuba diving, then a Try Dive with South Northants BSAC is the perfect introduction!
In the safe confines of the pool, a BSAC Instructor will introduce you to the basic skills and equipment needed to experience the thrill of breathing underwater for the very first time. Try Dives cost £20.
A typical Try Dive session lasts about 45 minutes. It involves poolside tuition on diving techniques and equipment, followed by a scuba dive in our pool with a BSAC-qualified instructor.
